So those rules about white in summer and black in winter no longer apply, it seems.   This black Swiss cotton will be lovely and cool in summer--it's very lightweight (tank or cami underneath).  The dots look like French knots and they are arranged in circles rather than a grid.  Make breezy tops, shells, shirts, blouses, a boxtop, or a kimono to wear in restaurants, at home, or as a beach cover-up.
