Louise and I love the cotton dobby fabrics from Japan.  They hardly wrinkle and need very little ironing even after laundering.  Plus, the design and coloring are exceptional.

We mentioned last week that the Sewing and Stitchery Expo in Puyallup, Washington is coming up next month.  This year the show is virtual, but we'll be there!

      Sewing and Stitchery Expo

We will have 2 sessions when we can display and discuss our fabrics, patterns, and notions online.  The first is on Wednesday, February 24, from 1-2 Pacific Time.  The second is on Thursday, February 25 from 1-2 Pacific Time.

We'll have a coupon sale during the days of the show (details to follow), so get your tickets at sewexpo.com.  They are available starting January 12, and you can download the entire catalog.

Also, Sandy will have 2 sessions called "Let's Fill the Gaps in Your Wardrobe".  They are scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 25 at 3 p.m. Pacific Time and again on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.

FACEBOOK FORUM

So many of you have joined us for fun and learning on the Facebook ForumHowever, many of you who have said you want to join have not answered the 3 sewing-related questions.  We'd love to have each of you be able to get in, but that can't happen if you haven't answered the questions.  Please be sure to answer, because we'd like to know each of you.

SAMPLES

Please confine your sample requests to 3 per order
.  That allows us to give you the same prompt service you are used to.  Also, remember that if you ask for a sample of a fabric that's on sale, the sale may be over before the sample gets to you through the mail.

A REMINDER

If you are searching for a specific fabric on the website and you know the number of it, be sure to put a 5-digit number in the search box.  Examples:  00532 or 01379.  You don't need to include the letters (FF) with the numbers.

SHIPPING

We want to assure you that we fill all your orders and ship them quickly.  It seems that there are some delays with mail service at this time, both within the country and to other countries, so it may take a bit longer than usual for your orders to reach you.  However, we are doing our part to send them promptly.

Paypal logoBy the way, we've heard that a few of you have thought that you had to have a PayPal account to order from us online. That's not the case. Even though you'll see "Check out with PayPal" on one of the order pages, just click on it to go to the next page. You'll see that you can choose whatever credit card you would like to use.
