I love the versatility of Cutting Line Designs patterns. They can be dressy for special occasions, appropriate for everyday, or really casual. Let's take a look at View A of Snap to It in black linen and in gold linen with a metallic thread.
 
Louise used her ingenuity on her black version. She used contrast fabric for the front facings and allowed just a bit of it to show on the outside of the garment--and notice the buttons! On the back, she used the contrast again to show through the "letterbox" pocket.
