Asian prints like this floral are so beautiful; they contain so many colors. The largest flowers are gold or red-violet, with the most intense colors at the center, then facing out to beige at their edges. The background of this print is red, but there are also green leaves, diminutive cream-colored stems and leaves, tiny black stems supporting gold and purple flowers, gray seed pods with navy accents, with touches of brown and olive here and there. It's just delightful. This is a smooth, lightweight cotton, finely woven, so it would make lovely dresses, blouses, shirts, shells, tops, and tunics.
