We stock many cottons from Japan that are called "dobby" because of their weave.  Thicker threads run through the finer ones here and there on both the lengthwise and crosswise grain, giving the fabric a surface interest and a bit more crispness and body.  Those thicker threads also help resist wrinkling.  This particular dobby has a black background with wide patterned stripes.  One wide pattern is a band of tiny olive leaf shapes in a grid of tiny blue dots, and another is a floral pattern of olive and blue leaves and red and olive flowers. Large blue arrows with light blue outlines point the way here and there.  This fabric reverses to solid navy.  The light/midweight is good for shells, tops, vests, shirts, light jackets, and dresses.  Pants could also be an option.
