Lightweight, with a matte finish, this silk is a plain weave, much like a shirtweight cotton. The black background has no sheen, while the "brushstrokes" are dark grey/turquoise with a slight sheen. Then the crosshatched lines are grey, but their sheen makes them look a bit silvery. This fabric is right for a dress, tunic, shirt, blouse, top, skirt, or shell.
