An artist is at play.  She's splashed a color wheel and many color samples all over this cotton shirtweight.  She's even named her colors:  orchid, natural, rose, moss, crazy neon, sky, and periwinkle are some of them.  She's also tested her various pencils and written notes to herself.  She's even included a selection of the little color swatches from FF-01482.  The result is fun on a one-way design with a 24" repeat.  Make shells, blouses, shirts, tunics, tops, and dresses.
