This off-white cotton is exceptionally smooth and silky.  It will feel fabulous to wear.  Lengthwise stripes in fairly dark blue are grouped in 5's. while pale yellow stripes, 1/2" wide, display the words "Dressmaking" in a pretty script, and "Clothes and Accessories", "Paris", and "Haute Couture" in red print.  Make a cool, breezy blouse, dress, shirt, top, shell, or skirt.
