Black cotton/lycra has a slightly lustrous surface which really shows off the flocked (matte) lettering on the surface.  The wording is all about fashion, with language such as Elegance, boutique, Couture.  It's a light/midweight fabric with a bit of crosswise stretch.  It will make an entertaining light jacket, a top, a pencil skirt, a vest, or a shirt that can double as a jacket.
