Very lightweight, almost translucent cotton is distinguished by its special weave.  Double pinstripes on both the crosswise and lengthwise grains form a woven plaid.  The pinstripes are made of twill weave with a satin surface, so they stand out in the light.  The fabric is deep black (the photos are slightly woven to show the weave).  Make a shirt, shell, top, blouse, tunic, or dress.
