This light/midweight cotton from Japan is somewhat loosely woven, so it's softer than some cottons.  The photos illustrate 2  of the tan motifs on the fabric:  one is 11-1/2" by 17-1/2", and the smaller one is 9" by 8".  One more image similar in size to each of them is contained in this piece, along with several lines of  small (approximately 1-1/2 x 1-12") characters like those used in Asian writing.  All images are tan.  Use this as a panel on a garment made of black linen or cotton, or cut the single motifs and use them as ornaments on garments.  They'll make your project special.  Incorporate the motifs into a shell, top, vest, or shirt.
