This is one of those intriguing Japanese textile designs.  At one selvedge, the fabric is light beige with grey dots and white dots bordered in grey.  The color gradually darkens so that by the time it reaches the other selvedge it is black.  Tiny white dots are scattered over the black area, looking like stars in the midnight sky.  Cut on the usual lengthwise grain or play around with the idea of cutting on the crossgrain.  Make a shirt, top, light jacket, vest.
