In black and white, with a light coating that gives it a subtle sheen, this is a lovely boucle.  It's a blend of acrylic, polyester, nylon, and cotton with a smoother surface than many boucle fabrics.  Both the black and cream threads are in a variety of thicknesses, with more delicate white threads woven in on the crossgrain.  This will make versatile jackets that will coordinate with lots of different looks.
