Make one of those jackets, or use your imagination to create a different style.  This gorgeous boucle is imported from France and is composed of several different black threads, each lending a different texture to the weave.  Then white weft threads add their own spark, especially the thin, looped thread that gives a special twist.  Make jackets or vests.
