Woven of navy blue lengthwise threads and off-white crosswhite threads, this is a fairly dark blue cotton chambray. It's quite light in weight and has a red selvedge with a bit of white fringe on the edge that could become a decorative element on a garment. Summer shells, tops, and shirts would be lovely and comfortable in this fabric.
