This is a very light, smooth cross-dyed cotton shirting. The lengthwise threads are dark blue, while the crosswise threads are golden yellow. The combination of colors makes the fabric seem slightly iridescent as it moves and folds. Light and cool for summer, this cotton will make lovely shells, shirts, blouses, tunics, and dresses.
