Digital printing does things conventional printing doesn't. Here's an example of a dramatic digital print with a color graduation from selvedge to selvedge. It begins with waving, swirling shapes in dark blues and greens on one selvedge and fades across the fabric so that the shapes are very pale blues and greens on the other selvedge. Garments cut on the crosswise grain could be amazing. Try tunics, dresses, shirts, blouses, shells, and tops.
