Here's a great jacket fabric from Carolyn Rose, whose fashion line is shown at Nieman Marcus. It's a beautiful light blue-some call this periwinkle or cornflower-that's flattering on so many people. Fairly sturdy, medium weight, in a twill weave of blue and off-white, this cotton has quite a bit of body.
