Three inch semicircles appear to have been block-printed by hand on a light/midweight cotton from Japan.  The semicircles have been paired up, but the pairs are made more interesting by the line that runs between them.  The motifs themselves are a dark, rich red that has been darkened a bit further by the olive background.  Then the white speckles in the motifs enliven them a bit, giving them a little sparkle.  Make shirt/jackets, vests, tops, and perhaps a pencil skirt.
