This cotton twill with lycra gives stretch on the crosswise grain (no stretch lengthwise) for added comfort and less wrinkling.  In this case, the sateen is black, and it has abstract water-color-like flowers floating on it in bright yellow, hot pink, soft green, purple, soft pinks, white, and creams.  At just a bit heavier than shirtweight, this sateen will be great for shirts (that can layer), shells, blouses, tops, vests, tunics, dresses, kimonos, pants, and a pencil skirt.
