Irregular dots and thin squiggles in black on a white background make a dynamic design.  There's just a hint of a plisse texture in this 50/50 cotton/rayon blend that's almost as light as voile, and softened by its rayon content.  It would be fun to pair it with its twin, FF-02086, which has the same design but in white on a black background.  Make blouses, shirts, tops, tunics.
