Basically a denim, with the customary twill weave, this will be a great fabric for a jacket, pencil skirt, vest, or pants. It contains spandex for crosswise stretch, so it will be comfortable. The unusual aspect is that it's blue-green, rather than the typical dark blue of regular jeans.
