Cotton/spandex blends are useful because the spandex eases the wrinkle factor. This one, from Italy, is a rich ecru or off-white, so it would be a great basic. It's pretty lightweight for a fabric of this type, so it would make great pants, a pencil skirt, a light shirt/jacket for spring or fall. a vest, or a top. The stretch is on the crossgrain.
