Mid-grey linen reverses to off-white because the 2 layers have been woven together.  On the medium grey side, tiny dots of the off-white threads from the reverse peek through, forming a subtle grid.  Make a garment showing only the grey side, or use the off-white reverse as a great contrast for a really distinctive garment.  The weight is right for shirts, unstructured vests, light jackets, tunics, shells, or tops.
