Peanut butter is the color if this subtle linen plaid.  It could also be called camel, the color of those fabulous wool coats in fashion photos.  In this case, the overall color is camel, but off-white threads are woven into the lengthwise grain, while slightly darker brown threads are woven into the weft, or crosswise grain.  Together, these threads form a tiny plaid design in this smooth, lightweight linen.  It will be good for tops, shells, shirts, blouses, or vests.
