This is a special linen from Japan, with a distinctive design.  The linen itself is a midweight in a neutral beige, with a bit of extra interest from a grey thread here and there.  The third photo is looking at the length of the fabric:  the wide bronze stripe extends along the lengthwise grain.  Nearer one selvedge, see the lettering in black.  The repeat of the motif is 24".   The final photo is also looking at the lengthwise grain, but it shows the design from selvedge to selvedge.  There's a narrow bronze stripe near the other selvedge, with large and small dots of metallic copper and abstract flowers drawn with narrow black lines in the middle of the fabric.  It's an eye-catching design in midweight linen that would make a terrific jacket.
