Just barely more than shirtweight, this lovely, smooth linen feels wonderful.  Its print reminds me a bit of the beach.  Watery golden smudges are like sunlight on the sand, and dark green slender lines are like tall stems of beach grass.  Here and ther are faded rust smudges and black painterly marks.  The border is composed of a turquoise streak along one selvedge that echoes the ocean stretching out to the horizon.  It's really an abstract design, but that's what it reminds me of.  I'd make shirts, shells, tunics, blouses, tops, and dresses.
