The background of this linen/cotton blend is just a bit darker than beige but not as dark as tan.  It coordinates beautifully with FF-00716, a solid linen/cotton.  This one has few colors, but the design is striking nevertheless.  Black and charcoal grey lines run along the length of the fabric.  Every several inches, an abstract shape that looks a bit like a bush occurs, with black dots ornamenting the grey bushes.  Black birds with red wing patches sit on some of the black bushes, lending a bit of bright color.  In addition, a delicate charcoal line that outlines a long stem with branches and leaves runs alongside the black line.  It makes a nice, delicate contrast to the strong solid lines.  The weight of this fabric is right for shirts, shells, tops, tunics, vests, and dresses.
