This lightweight polyester woven has a satin face, while the "wrong" side is also smooth and attractive if you'd like less sheen.  It's deep black, but I've lightened one of the photos so you can see its texture.  This could make shirts, tops, shells, skirts, or pants.  Be sure you leave a bit of ease in your garment, as this fabric does not "give".
