What an unusual--and really cool--knit.  The base is a light layer of polyester in a black knit, but the interesting part is the cotton layer on the surface.  It's a mix of off-white and very dark brown, and it is knitted with holes in it.  Talk about character!  This knit stretches in the crossgrain, of course, and is stable in the lengthwise grain.  Make a distinctive boxtop from This or That, a top from Just My Style, or a great version of the vest from Light and Shadow.  Or a terrific tee or tank.
