This lightweight, drapey rayon twill is lively with mid-century modern houses printed in black on an ecri background.  In between the homes by famous architects are palm trees and what may be cacti, suggesting Palm Springs, which is famed for its many such homes, although some of the homes pictured are actually in other places.  This rayon hardly wrinkles, and the wrinkles fall out when released.  It will make great shells, tops, shirts, blouses, tunics, and dresses, as well as our almost-bias skirt.
