Designed by David Hayes, Nancy Reagan's favorite designer, this 4-ply silk is just slightly off-white with bold yellow 1/8" wide stripes on the lengthwise grain. Each panel is 46" long, and there are 4 panels. Of course, the drape of this is fluid and the surface is smooth and rich feeling. Make shirts, tops, shells, skirts, blouses, dresses.
