Off-white silk organza has been decorated with bouquets of roses and leaves made of more organza.  The leaves are serged around their edges, then gathered to a point at each end and stitched down.  The roses are folded organza that's been rolled into a rose.  Stems are stitched in shiny thread and decorated with pearlescent beads.  Make a "jacket", kimono, stole, or sleeveless sort of tunic to wear over other garments for a wedding or evening outfit.
