I think you could call this color Reagan red, since these panels are designed by David Hayes, Nancy Reagan's favorite American designer.  Each panel is solid red with the initials DH in creamy off-white.  The initials are in a fancy script so that unless you know that they are an overlapping D and H, they just look like an ornate design.  Each panel could make a lovely scarf or piece of a garment, or purchase more than one to have enough yardage to make a shell or top.
