Blue and gold dominate, but there are many lively colors in this wonderful print.  It reminds me of Old World designs:  trees, animals, fish, bowls of fruit, the sun, churches, musical instruments all appear.  But the masks remind me of those worn at carnivals in Europe, especially in Venice.  This silk chiffon has 1/8" wide opaque lengthwise bands woven in zig-zag  and floral designs alternating with translucent plain weave bands.  See the photo illustrating light coming through the chiffon.  16" repeat.  Coordinates with FF-04003 and FF-04004.
