Wool suiting is hard to find, and this one is a beauty.  It's mostly black, but there are blue threads in it, almost like a really tiny check.  In most light, it looks black, but in really bright light it takes on a navy cast, which could multiply the fabrics you could pair with it.  More interesting than a usual black suiting.  It has considerable crosswise stretch, making it even better for travel outfits.  It won't wrinkle.  Make pants, skirts, jackets, and vests.
