Cotton/spandex shirtweight fabric is useful for shirts, tops, shells, tunics, blouses, and dresses.  It will be crisp and doesn't wrinkle much.  Its stretch is on the crossgrain, adding to its comfort.  This one is black, with wide bands across the fabric of 1" flowers in orange and red, with blue flowers scattered into both bands.  Slender stems and little leaves in white and turquoise complete the picture.
