Can a rainy sky be black and grey?  Maybe not.  Or could this print look like a watercolor wash in black fading to grey?  Maybe that's more like it.  This is a sturdy twill light/midweight linen/cotton with tiny capital letters in white scattered on the dark background and an interesting ripple in the colors next to the woven selvedge.  It will make great shirts that can double as jackets, vests, skirts, tops, tunics, and lightweight jackets.
