You could say that this beautiful polyester crepe from Spain looks like 4-ply silk.  It's deep black and has a lovely drape-not quite as fluid as the silk-but still really pretty. Plus, it is lightweight and has spandex in it, so it stretches a bit on the crossgrain and somewhat more on the lengthwise grain.  The surface is that of a crepe weave with a subtle sheen.  It will make fantastic pants, skirts, jackets and vests that will not only be good at home, but will be versatile and non-wrinkling for travel.
